This includes the things you will want to do to set yourself up for success before your challenge even starts. Attached you will find what we recommend for establishing a support system, pre-challenge eating, exercise, and even harnessing your mindset. We have found that most clients who have done the preparation at home before their challenge starts tend to ease their way into this nutrition and lifestyle change more smoothly, as opposed to jumping in cold turkey and getting discouraged quickly, so we want to equip you to do the best you can do before you even start.
